Amir contributed as a guest advisor to the Journal of Asian Architecture and Building Engineering’s collection “Environmental Technologies and Climate Emergency Practices in the Built Environment.” The collection connects architectural technology and building engineering with decarbonisation and the future of existing and new buildings.

Shared editorial advice

The guest-advisor team brought Amir together with Karam Al-Obaidi, Shady Attia, Baojie He and Eshrar Latif. The contribution belongs to the collection’s 2023–2024 advisory collaboration; the publisher’s collection record was created in 2026.
