A Taiwanese industry patent-analysis report uses Professor Amir’s intelligent-building development framework to explain its AI patent-landscape search period.
How the research was used
Figure 6 reproduces Professor Amir’s development diagram with explicit attribution. The preceding discussion uses the depicted history of computer–building integration to justify 1995 as the search starting point. This connects the research framework to a methodological choice in analysis intended to inform firms’ R&D and patent strategies.
